AZADA CPA and its owner Mike Tobiason, acquired the highly successful and well respected firm of Arlint CPA in late 2019. Arlint CPA had been providing tax, accounting and other business advisory services to its clients for over 10 years in the Henderson and Las Vegas area prior to its acquistion.

AZADA CPA is the result of its owner's dream to own and operate a professional services firm focued on helping clients identify and achieve their desired financial outcomes for their business and personal needs.

Capitalizing on the owner's 30 years of experience in public accounting, AZADA CPA has elevated its business processes, staff development, facilities, and service offerings to ensure we meet the ever changing needs of our current and future clients.

During 2020 and 2021, the firm operated an office in Glendale Arizona serving business and individual clients in the greater Phoenix area.  While the office is now closed the firm continues to serve clients in the Phoenix market as staff travel to Phoenix on a regular basis.

Does Azada CPA still serve Arizona clients?

Yes. While our office is in Henderson, Nevada, we continue to serve clients in both Arizona and Nevada and can prepare tax returns for all 50 states.
