Joe Kaschak is originally from Youngstown Ohio, where he graduated from Youngstown State
University. He moved to Las Vegas in 1996 and became a Blackjack Dealer. After 18 years working in the casinos, he decided to go back to school and earn his accounting degree from UNLV.

Joe joined the firm in February 2019 as a tax associate and is currently preparing for the CPA exam . Joe's plans are to complete the CPA exam while maintaining a full-time schedule working with clients of the firm. Joe obtained his enrolled agent in February 2021.

Outside of work, Joe and his wife of 31 years are raising their twin 15-year-old nieces and have
three dogs. He enjoys hiking, traveling, and is an avid sports fan.
